Advanced Veterinary Care takes pride in our efforts to coordinate your pet’s medical plan with your primary care veterinarian. We believe this is the best means of providing specialized services and customized care to suit your pet’s individual needs. We welcome you to contact us directly or via your family veterinarian.
In the event of an emergency with your pet, you do not need an appointment. We are open 24/7 to assist you in such situations. If you are able to call ahead and advise us that you will be coming in as an emergency that is very helpful, but by no means necessary.
If you wish to be referred to AVC through your family veterinarian, all they need to do is contact us via phone, fax or email. They can forward to us any necessary forms, patient records or other paperwork needed to compile a health history on your pet.
If your family veterinarian is not available to refer you to AVC, we welcome you to self-refer. Please call our office at 801-942-3951. To expedite your initial visit, you may download our new patient forms and fill them out prior to your appointment. It would also be helpful if you bring copies of your pet’s medical records, lab work, and radiographs if applicable.
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions or concerns.
